The Graphic Designer is an integral member of our in-house marketing and creative team, collectively
responsible for fulfilling all design requirements. This role focuses on supporting the Marketing and
eCommerce departments by producing high-calibre and impactful assets, that in turn unified branding
across EDMs, the website, media assets, and social channels.


● Develop website assets, encompassing look books, blogs, and homepage elements

● Craft designs for social media and paid advertising assets

● Brand Storytelling: Skilled in developing visual narratives that effectively communicate the brand’s story, ethos, and product value propositions through various mediums.

● Create seasonal range books and associated collateral

● Design eDM content

● Manage and maintain digital asset management system

● Provide support to the broader marketing and ecommerce team with ad-hoc tasks across the organisation

● Stay abreast of emerging design trends and industry best practices. ● Collaborate with team members and cross-functionally with other company departments

● Perform image retouching and colour corrections across campaign, ecommerce and in house imagery.

● Design and create lookbooks for upcoming collections.

● Edit, trim and resize video assets for the website, emails and social media channels.

● Prepare imagery assets for wholesale marketing

● Create collateral for Marketing and PR events.



● Innovative Design Solutions: Consistently delivers original and innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of traditional fashion branding and marketing.

● Trend Analysis: Ability to analyse and anticipate fashion and design trends, integrating these insights into the brand’s visual identity and marketing campaigns.

● High-Quality Print Production: Knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, colour correction, and material selection, to ensure that physical marketing materials are of the highest quality.



● Motion Graphics and Animation: Ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations using tools like After Effects, enhancing the dynamic presentation of digital content.

● UI/UX Design: Experience in user interface and user experience design, particularly for e-commerce websites and mobile apps, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user journey.

● Multi-Project Coordination: Efficiently manages multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

● Creative Brief Interpretation: Expertly interprets creative briefs and translates them into compelling visual concepts that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. ● Performance Analytics: Utilises design performance analytics to measure the impact of visual content and optimise future design strategies based on data-driven insights.



● Tertiary Education in graphic design or relevant industry experience.

● 2+ years experience in a similar role.

● Advanced knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.

● Proficient graphic design technical skills, and exceptional attention to detail in finished art set up.

● A brilliant understanding of the technical requirements and specifications around printed and digital design production.

● Extremely organised, excellent time management skills and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● A positive “can do” attitude and someone who enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a team.

● Takes feedback enthusiastically, constructively and willing to grow, learn, share skills and ideas in a collaborative team.

● The ability to create in the Brands language.

● Excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of working effectively with multiple teams to align marketing strategies.
