Bookings are essential – please note we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at the ANNA QUAN Shopping Suite. Saturday appointments require a redeemable deposit. To book for a Saturday, email us at shop@annaquan.com.
Appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. If you're bringing a guest, please let us know ahead of time so we can extend your booking accordingly.

SHOPPING SUITE RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased at the Shopping Suite can be returned for an exchange or credit note for a change of mind. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition with all tags still attached within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact shop@annaquan.com if you would like to initiate a return.
