Bookings are essential, as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at the ANNA QUAN Private Shopping Suite.

Appointments are 60 minutes. If you are planning to bring guests, please let us know when booking so we can allow additional time for your visit.

Shopping Suite Returns and Cancellation Policy

Items purchased at the Shopping Suite can be returned for an exchange or credit note for a change of mind. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition with all tags still attached within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact shop@annaquan.com if you would like to initiate a return.

We understand that everyone's circumstances change, however if you do wish to reschedule your appointment, we do require 24 hours notice. Please contact our private shopping suite via phone or email notifying our stylists of your cancellation.
