ANNA QUAN LUNAR NEW YEAR 2026 GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of ANNA QUAN, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:
To submit a valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps:
a. Follow @annaquanlabel on Instagram.b. Comment “LUCKY” on the official giveaway post.c. After commenting, entrants will receive an Instagram DM from ANNA QUAN (via automated messaging or otherwise) containing a link to an entry form.d. Entrants must submit their email address via the linked entry form.Email submission is mandatory for a valid entry.

Any entry that does not complete all steps above will be deemed invalid.

3. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on the date the giveaway post is published and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. PrizeOne (1) winner will receive a $1,000 AUD ANNA QUAN wardrobe credit, redeemable exclusively via the ANNA QUAN online store.The prize:
  • is not transferable
  • is not refundable
  • cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other items
5. Winner Selection & AnnouncementThe winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be announced via @annaquanlabel Instagram Stories and contacted directly via Instagram DM within a reasonable timeframe following the close of the competition.

6. Automated Messaging / DM DeliveryEntrants acknowledge that they may receive an automated DM powered by a third-party platform (including but not limited to Gatsby) and consent to receiving such messages for the purpose of completing their entry.

7. Personal InformationBy entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their email address for the administration of the competition and for marketing communications by ANNA QUAN, in accordance with ANNA QUAN’s Privacy Policy.
