Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is ANNA QUAN Pty Ltd (ABN 11 152 792 188) ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 17 JULY 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 9 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and its associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

• Complete the official competition entry form via the ANNA QUAN website or Meta Lead Form.

• Provide a valid email address.

• Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be removed at the Promoter's discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won:

• One (1) ANNA QUAN wardrobe to the value of AUD $1,000 (RRP).

The prize will be provided as an ANNA QUAN gift voucher or store credit redeemable online at www.annaquan.com.au.

The prize:

• is not transferable;

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• cannot be refunded;

• cannot be replaced if lost or stolen;

• must be redeemed in a single transaction unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

Any amount exceeding the prize value is the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw at the Promoter's office on Monday, 10 August 2026.

The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address provided within five (5) business days of the draw.

The winner's first name and state may also be published on the ANNA QUAN website and/or social media channels.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to:

• receiving marketing communications from ANNA QUAN;

• their personal information being collected, stored and used for administering this promotion and for marketing purposes in accordance with the ANNA QUAN Privacy Policy.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is misleading, incomplete or fraudulent.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
