2025 Anna Quan Melbourne Warehouse Sale Competition Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Promoter: ANNA QUAN Pty Ltd (ABN 11 152 792 188) of Suite 1.06, 200 Euston Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 (ANNA QUAN).

  2. Venue: ANNA QUAN Warehouse sale, 41-43 Clifton street, Prahran VIC 3181, Australia.

  3. Eligibility:

    1. Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over.

    2. Proof of residency (e.g., driver’s licence, proof of ID) must be provided to claim the prize.

    3. Hold a personal Instagram account capable of receiving Direct Messages (DMs) from @annaquan.sale and @annaquanlabel.

    4. Ineligible: Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters, related bodies corporate, associated agencies and prize suppliers.

  4. Competition Period:
     a. Opens: When the Promotion Post is first published.
     b. Closes: 7:00pm AEST, Friday 15 August 2025

  5. How to Enter:
    During the Promotion Period:

    1. Follow @annaquan.sale and @annaquanlabel on Instagram.

    2. Like the Promotion Post.

    3. Comment on the Promotion Post tagging exactly one (1) Instagram friend. One comment = one entry.

    4. Unlimited eligible comments/entries allowed.

    5. If more than one handle appears in a single comment, the Promoters may (at their discretion) treat the comment as one entry referencing the first valid handle, or deem the comment invalid.

    6. (Optional bonus) Repost the Promotion Post to your Instagram Story and tag both @annaquan.sale & @annaquanlabel.

Private accounts: Still eligible; keep screenshots showing follows and Story reposts in case verification is required. No automation: Bots, macros, scripts, bulk‑tag tools, or third‑party competition aggregators are prohibited. Such entries may be void.

  1. Prize:

    1. One (1) prize of $1000 AUD credit to spend at the 2025 Anna Quan Melbourne Warehouse Sale.

    2. Redemption period: Saturday 16 August 2025, 9am - 5pm AEST until Sunday 17 August 2025, 9am - 12pm AEST only.

    3. Location: ANNA QUAN Warehouse sale, 41-43 Clifton Street, Prahran VIC 3181, Australia.

    4. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

  1. Prize may only be redeemed in person at the Venue location (clause 6.c) and during the redemption period (clause 6.b) only.

  2. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited at the end of the redemption period.

  1. Winner Selection:

    1. Winner will be selected at random by the Promoter after competition close.

    2. Draw date: Friday 15 August 2025 after 7:00pm AEST.

    3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  2. Notification:

    1. Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

    2. Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to confirm eligibility and attendance.

    3. If no response is received, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

  3. Prize Conditions:

    1. Winner must attend the Melbourne Warehouse Sale during event hours to redeem prize.

    2. Prize can only be redeemed in person.

    3. Any remaining credit will be forfeited at the end of the redemption period.

    4. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the prize.

  4. Verification: The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, Australian residency before awarding the prize & ownership of winning Instagram account.

  5. General:

    1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

    2. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with prize redemption other than the stated prize.

    3. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy: Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this competition.
