MARKETING COORDINATOR
GENERAL MARKETING
● Oversee and update the Marketing Calendar, ensuring it includes all weekly planned media launches.
● Participate in the creation and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns for product launches, brand initiatives, and activations.
● Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing channels and campaigns, evaluating their success against predefined ROI and KPIs.
● Engage in collaborative efforts with MM,Social Media Coordinator, and ecomm teams to identify target metrics and develop personalised campaigns aimed at lead nurturing and customer acquisition and retention.
● Craft compelling and engaging copy for the website, social media platforms, and blog posts, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice across all content.
● Conduct research to stay informed on the latest trends and audience preferences, using insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions.
● Document key points and action items during marketing meetings, contributing strategic insights to weekly team discussions.
● Provide marketing support to the Wholesale department, aligning efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
CRM + SMS
● Lead the development and optimization of email and SMS marketing campaigns for the AU and US markets, aiming to enhance engagement and drive revenue growth.
● Update automated emails bi-weekly with fresh content and copy.
● Use current data and analytics to improve key metrics across email and SMS marketing campaigns, contributing to the overall success of marketing efforts.
● Manage the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of all email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo. Set up SMS campaigns, and online journal content, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand message across all channels.
● Coordinate closely with the E-commerce, social media, and marketing teams to align content planning and messaging, participating in weekly meetings to ensure a unified marketing approach.
PAID MEDIA
● Plan and execute advertising campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager, focusing on key calendar moments and ensuring brand consistency across all paid media channels, including Facebook META and Google.
● Manage the creative approval process for all campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director.
● Ensure timely handover of advertising assets to external agencies, facilitating a smooth transition and clear communication.
● Oversee the affiliate platform, securing strategic placements in key digital media outlets to maximise brand exposure and engagement.
SHOOTS & EVENT ACTIVATIONS
● Manage all aspects of casting for shoots, including liaising with modelling agencies, negotiating rates, and reconciling invoices.
● Organise and produce essential documents for shoots, such as call sheets and run sheets and creative briefs in coordination with MM.
● Assist in scouting and securing new talent, including photographers, stylists, art directors, and videographers, and manage their rates and contracts.
● Provide support during shoot run-throughs and event activations to ensure smooth execution.
● Assist with managing Sponsors and brand collabs. Hand over assets and media in accordance with the critical path with current sponsors. Manage current relationships and prospect future partners.
ADVANCED INDICATORS
● Taking the initiative to work outside your SOW and deliver above and exceeding KPIs for the ANNA QUAN business
● Meeting & improving deadlines across Digital Marketing. Taking initiative to manage the wider team on meeting critical path deadlines
● Provide key insights to trends noticed across wholesale & DTC channels to inform the wider AQ team and influence design, marketing & the online buy
● Noticing quick wins and making actionable recommendations regarding restock opportunities or Wholesale strategy
● Keeping sales and Wholesale/DTC sell through & targets front of mind with everything you do

QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
● 2-3 years in a similar role.
● Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive content.
● Strong analytical abilities, capable of measuring and interpreting marketing performance data.
● Experience in managing and coordinating photo shoots and event activations.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with creative professionals.
● Experience with planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
● Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies and platforms.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
● Proven expertise in CRM and SMS marketing, with a track record of growing and optimising email and SMS campaigns.
● Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
● Excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of working effectively with multiple teams to align marketing strategies.
